That is what most people are asking in our real estate world. A-lot of folks have hit the nervous stage, and some have hit the panic button?

The overall market in our nation would lead us to believe that things are going to get worse before they are better. This is more than likely true. But, for those who do not lose their heads, and are able to plug ahead, things will end up on the brighter side.

I know folks have been wondering where I ran off to. Well, no where! Still here. Still plugging away!

I have been watching things from a far to see what is happening. I have been staying quiet so I might have something to say when I start back.

So far, our market place has been doing GREAT! We are so far ahead of the national average. I am looking forward to this year and the stories it will hold!

Thinking of buying an upgrade house! I would say 2008 is your year! Why? Because many builders are panicking and there are some great houses, great square footage, at some of the best prices ever!
