January Closings
According to our local MLS here in Sumner County, we had 80 residential closings in January to kick off the new year! This is great news for everyone involved, Sellers, Buyers, and Agents. Prices ranged from $35,000 up to $545,000 in closing values! That tells us there are still a broad range of buyers out on the market.
The news we need to take from this is:
Sellers: buyers are out there, so be aggressive with your pricing and marketing!
Buyers: sellers want to sell you their product and there are great incentives and financing available right now.
Agents: Buyers and Sellers are on the move, position yourself to be in the right place at the right time! Work hard and stay focused!
