Being Different!

I read a great post this morning about a Car with Stickers! The writer of the post pointed out three very good points about how this car can lend some ideas for running your business. These questions got me to thinking about how we might incorporate these into the Real Estate and Auction worlds. How do we make our company and business more memorable to our potential clientale? In an uncertain economy, how do we do this without huge pulls on the finances? And lastly, how do we keep it fresh for our current clients who are already here?

So, I thought I would bring these questions to you, the public, and see what ideas you had. What can we be doing to stand out, save money, and stay fresh? Leave your ideas in the comment box below. Looking forward to your ideas!

    You get the same results doing the same things. When you don’t like what you are gettin. Look at what you are giving. I find if you get out and give…. you are always blessed with enough to do.

    Are you wanting to put your company’s name on your vehicle? I sell Uppercase Living, the decorative vinyl. You can create your own with lots of different fonts.     I think the things that stick with me in the real estate world are the people that offer trucks to use if you use them. Now for me, I wouldn’t use it, but I think most people would.

    I love how personal you are. I think that already sets you apart. Finding someone to return a phone call in a timely manner, someone that really cares about your home, and someone that prays over a house is definitely hard to find. I think you’re great!

    Hey Ashley, thanks for the idea/offer. I have thought about car wraps and so forth on my vehicles, and at one time, I had magnets on my truck. Never moved forward on the idea due to the cost, however, I am considering it again and will let you know.

    Brea, thanks for the encouragement! Keep spreading the word!

    I have seen several folks with that idea and using the truck. It is a nice feature for in/across town moves. Problem comes up when you have several people needing them the same day, and the cost of maintenance and ins on these are high. However, one could put a spin on it and make some offers in regards to moving. I once was called the “moving Realtor” as I helped 8 clients move once we sold their house in one year!

    p.s. that offer stands for you guys as well!
